I just finished my first family session as the new Positively Freckled, Visual Storyteller and when I say it was amazing to get back in the game...IT WAS AMAZING! I have completely changed my train of thought and instead of 'making sure I got the shot,' I made sure we had fun and the entire family enjoyed themselves! The shots happen naturally when everyone is laughing and having a good time.

I often get asked 'but how many pictures am I actually going to get' and this is a tough question to answer. All families are different, every session is different. Some might need to take breaks from the camera, others take a while to loosen up. I guarantee a minimum of 45 images for most of my packages. That being said, I guarantee you will have a ton more if you bring your best sillies, your best attitudes, and your willingness to go with the flow and follow the kids' leads. I think this Momma was happy with all of these photos we got Sunday evening. Enjoy!
