Your Birth Story
Every birth story is different and I would be honored to tell yours. These sessions are so unpredictable and come with a lot of 'what ifs.' Let's discuss what you have in mind for me to capture and where your comfort levels are. Below are my FAQ and should answer anything running through your mind about this session!
Birth Story FAQ
How long will you be at the hospital for?
As long as it takes! Some births are only a few hours long while others take the entire day! I'll be there up until 2 hours post delivery to ensure I get all of the images to tell your birth story.

How long are you 'on call' for?
My package includes being on call for you from 38 weeks until baby makes their arrival.

What if you can't make it or an emergency c-section is needed?
Births are SO unpredictable! There is always a chance I may not be able to make it or I'm there all morning just to be told things aren't going as planned and an emergency c-section needs to be preformed. If this happens, we'll discuss a back-up plan. This could include a fresh 48 session (photos within 48 hours at hospital or location of birth) along with another session such as a lifestyle newborn or 6 month.

How do I know if you'll be able to photograph my birth?
Rules are changing right now everywhere due to covid. I leave this part up to you. You need to get the ok by every person that I am allowed to not only be there but capture every part of your birth story. This may mean I'm one of your emotional support people alongside your husband :)

How many images will I get in my gallery?
This is so hard to say because each birth is just so different from the next. I can say that a minimum of 100 images, usually more, are included for you to download from your gallery.

How long do I need to wait to get my gallery?
Your gallery should be completed and sent to you within 2 weeks of baby being born. I try to get a sneak peak to you within 24 hours.

Will you be posting my images online?
In order to grow my business, I would really appreciate your cooperation in allowing me to share your story! I will be keeping any 'private' images just that- private. Any specific images you do not want me to share will remain offline.

How much does all of this cost?
My birth package is $1400. A $500 deposit needs to be made to secure your time (I am only taking a few births as of right now) and the rest can be made with payment plans as low as $200 a month! Please contact me for more info!
